This amazing planter stand was purchased on a buying trip in the West Country from a private house call. It is Victorian Coalbrookdale style.
It really is a spectacular piece and is in fantastic condition. Structurally it is perfect although it could perhaps do with a new lick of paint due to the normal signs of ageing typical on an item like this.
It can live outside as the construction and finish means it’s weather resistant. I like to imagine it in a conservatory resplendent with a garnishing of geraniums, poppys and daffodils and I would have like to shown it in a photo with these flowers. As it is I will have to leave it to your imaginations!
