The Canonbury Antiques Hertfordshire showroom is well located in the green countryside of Herts just outside Potters Bar – right where the A1 intersects the M25 motorway. It’s a large gallery open to the public packed with everything from art deco furniture and bronzes to English antique dining furniture. Most people remakr on how much it looks like an Aladdin’s Cave as it’s packed to the cieling with antiques and electica.

We’re just twenty minutes north of London so it’s well located and we thus get visitors from all over Great Britain and the rest of the world. We’re close to major London airports (Heathrow, Luton, Stanstead) and well connected by rail.
The warehouse is pread across two floors and we specialise in art deco furniture, English antique dining furniture, art nouveau, antiques, porcelain, fountains, garden statues, Continental antiques, oil paintings, French furniture, bronzes, Empire, Victorian, Regency, architectural antiques and all sorts of interiors. We are favourites with many London based interior designer firms. Let us know if you’d like to visit our Canonbury Antiques Hertfordshire showroom.

Hertfordshire itself is a lovely place to visit – St Alban’s is a mere five mins down the road, a lovely old English market town with Roman ruins called Verulamium and a gorgeous Cathedral, as well as good shopping areas. The surrounding green country side is simply gorgeous so it’s definitely worth making a day trip around it to visit some of the ancient towns and fab scenery, or even if it’s just with a nice pub luncheon.

So get in touch if you have any questions, queries or would like to make an appointment for a viewing in the Canonbury Hertfordshire Antiques showroom.
We have been in business for over fifty years now (wow, how did that happen) starting off with various showrooms in London, including in the North in Islington and on the famous Westbourne Grove on the westside Notting Hill Gate, W11. We also had a gallery on Church Street in Marylebone, NW8. Those London years were such fun. As the traditional bricks and mortar side of the business backed off we decided to go all out online and now sell to a global client base from our website with e commerce – and this allowed us to move to bigger premises in good old Herts near where we live which was great to cut down on our commuting time and improving our overall quality of live. Of course being outside London allowed us to have more stock and increase our product range so we have a large range of antiques in a much bigger area than we ever could have had in our London galleries. We hope you enjoy our visit to the Canonbury Hertfordshire Antiques showroom, it will definitely be an experience you won’t forget so please drop us a line and we look forward to making you an cuppa.
